Dolceroma’s range of quality, house-made fruit fillings, contain 20%-50% real fruit suitable to use as it comes as well as bake stable to be mixed in pastries or cooked in tarts. We have supplied distributors that service bakeries and patisseries nation wide since 2006 and have since expanded our range to include shortbread tart bases and other base patisserie products.
